McFarlane Spawn Series 34 – Neo Classics:Pirate Spawn
I bought this “toy” for my son, and it turns out it was not so much a toy as it is a decoration. The moving parts are only moveable enough to make it stand up while it holds the same position, and when I tried to force the rubbery plastic sword into his hard resin hand, the sword broke. It was like trying to put wet toilet paper through a fax machine.
It would be nice if the product description would mention that it’s not a toy that’s intended to be played with, like my grandma’s porcelain doll collection.
Sure it looks cool, but they should make real toys look this cool. I don’t need no toys decorating my abode. I have enough of those. I don’t care that that’s a double-negative, either.
I like my pirate spawn. Its better than the original pirate spawn. Looks sweet. I have a collection bordering my living room.
